| Valentine Dinner |
Each year, the United
Methodist Women host a special dinner and auction on or near
Valentine's Day. The proceeds from this event go to help pay
for many great ministries including Youth Group, the
Adoption Ministry, and mission trips for disaster relief. |
| Easter
Sunday Worship |
Every Sunday worship is
special, but Easter is cause for celebration as we remember
that Jesus is risen indeed! |
| Kids'
Camp |
Some folks know this event as
vacation bible school, where each summer, kids get to spend
several days for a week doing fun activities and learning
about God. Each summer has a different exciting theme! |
| Fall
Kickoff |
This usually coincides with
the start of school in the fall. Each fall is kicked-off
differently, but there is usually food involved as well as
information on new classes and ministries. |
| Soup and
Sound |
This is a community gathering
late in the year. For three Fridays at lunch time, everyone
gets together for nice hot soup and bread. After lunch, all
are welcome to listen to a performance of various musical
groups. |
| Christmas
Eve |
To celebrate the birth of
Jesus, we get together for a special evening worship on Dec.
24. The worship times may vary from year to year, but
typically they happen at 3pm, 7pm, and 11pm. All are welcome! Be sure to check with the church office staff for variations in these times. |
